1.1. Pharmaesthetics By Riya provides medical aesthetic treatments, skincare services, and related products. 1.2. All treatments and consultations are performed by qualified and trained professionals in accordance with industry standards. 1.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
 

2. Appointments and Cancellations
 

2.1. Booking Policy:

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A deposit of 50% may be required to secure your appointment.

2.2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 in advance to avoid forfeiture of deposits

2.3. Late Arrivals:

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late fee may apply.

2.4. No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit
     

3. Consultation and Medical History
 

3.1. All clients are required to complete a medical history form prior to receiving treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes and your safety. 3.2. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if contraindications are present or if the treatment is deemed unsuitable.
 

4. Treatment Policy
 

4.1. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, including medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. 4.2. Follow-up treatments or maintenance sessions may be required to achieve optimal results and are charged separately. 4.3. Any concerns or complications post-treatment should be reported to us immediately.
 

5. Refund and Exchange Policy
 

5.1. Treatments:

  • Refunds are not provided for completed treatments, as results vary between individuals.

  • Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable upon approval.

5.2. Products:

  • Products may not be exchanged or refunded even if unopened or unused

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered for used products unless defective.
     

6. Liability
 

6.1. Pharmaesthetics By Riya and its practitioners are not liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, or complications arising from:

  • Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions.

  • Undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

6.2. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatments, all procedures carry some degree of risk. By agreeing to treatment, you acknowledge these risks.
