Do dermal filler injections hurt?Before injecting, a local anaesthetic cream is applied for 10 minutes prior to the procedure which numbs the area to ensure the patient is as comfortable as possible.

How long is the procedure?We advise the appointment to be one hour as this will allow Riya time to assess the client, carry out the treatment and provide after-care advice.

Are there any side effects to dermal fillers?Some patients may have mild swelling/soreness after receiving the facial filler treatment, but this is temporary and usually subsides shortly afterwards.
